Add Ragi flour, Maida flour, fennel seeds, cardamom powder and salt in to it
Add water to make a thick Malpua batter. Keep covered for about 10 minutes
In a pan, add the sugar and water, on a medium heat. Keep stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves
Cook it until you get a one string consistency of syrup, Once the syrup is done keep aside
Take oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Pour a ladle full of batter on the pan.
When you notice that, the raw batter on the top is getting cooked, flip the Malpua over to cook on the other side. Once done remove from the pan and proceed to make the remaining Malpua
When cooked, dip the cooked Ragi Malpuas in the sugar syrup of a couple of seconds and take it out
Place the sugar-coated Ragi Malpua on a plate and serve.
