Ingredients :
Pearl millet (Bajra) flour
- 150 gm
All purpose flour(Maida )
- 150 gm
Curd
- 200 gm
sugar
- 350 gm
Green cardamom
- 5 -6 pc
baking soda
- 3 gm
Oil
- 0 for frying
Food colour

Preparation Method :
Take all purpose flour (Maida), Pearl millet (Bajra) flour and baking soda in a bowl.
Add curd and water in to it. Mix well and make a thick and slightly flowing consistency batter.
To make the sugar syrup, add sugar and water (1:1 ratio) to a vessel.
Boil on a medium flame until it attains one string consistency.
Add crushed green cardamom in sugar syrup and stir well. Heat oil in a pan o ver medium flame for deep frying.
Fill the Jalebi batter in a sauce/chutney bottle.
Mo ve the batter gently in circular from inside to outside to make perfect circles.
Fry till Jalebis are crisp.
Soak the Jalebis in warm sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes.
Now remove from the syrup and place on a tray and serve.
