Ingredients :

  • Ragi Noodles
    - 200 gm
  • Salt
    - 0 as per taste
  • Oil
    - 30 ml
  • Sliced onion
    - 1 big size
  • Soya sauce
    - 5 tsp
  • Vinegar
    - 3 tsp
  • Chilli sauce
    - 4 tsp
  • Tomato sauce
    - 4 tsp
  • Green capsicum
    - 1 /4 pc
  • Red capsicum
    - 1 /4 pc
  • Yellow capsicum
    - 1 /4 pc
  • Carrot
    - 1 pc
  • Chopped green chilli
    - 3 -4pc
  • Chowmein masala
    - 3 tsp

Preparation Method :


  • Take water in a pan and add salt followed by oil and bring to boil
  • Add noodles and cook. Drain immediately and keep aside till noodles are thoroughly cooled
  • The leave noodles in the stainer
  • Heat oil in a pan and stir fry garlic, ginger and onions till onions are golden brown.
  • Add all vegetables, chilli and stir well.
  • Add salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, so ya sauce and vinegar to veggie mixture and mix well.
  • Add the noodles to this and stir well till it is thoroughly mixed
  • Cook for a 1-2 minute and serve hot.
