Ingredients :
Ragi Noodles
- 200 gm
Salt
- 0 as per taste
Oil
- 30 ml
Sliced onion
- 1 big size
Soya sauce
- 5 tsp
Vinegar
- 3 tsp
Chilli sauce
- 4 tsp
Tomato sauce
- 4 tsp
Green capsicum
- 1 /4 pc
Red capsicum
- 1 /4 pc
Yellow capsicum
- 1 /4 pc
Carrot
- 1 pc
Chopped green chilli
- 3 -4pc
Chowmein masala
- 3 tsp

Preparation Method :
Take water in a pan and add salt followed by oil and bring to boil
Add noodles and cook. Drain immediately and keep aside till noodles are thoroughly cooled
The leave noodles in the stainer
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry garlic, ginger and onions till onions are golden brown.
Add all vegetables, chilli and stir well.
Add salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, so ya sauce and vinegar to veggie mixture and mix well.
Add the noodles to this and stir well till it is thoroughly mixed
Cook for a 1-2 minute and serve hot.
